3. Device and cloud storage

AIRCRM may work with data stored on the user's device and/or on AIRCRM servers.

If the user uses online mode, data is transmitted to AIRCRM servers and synced across devices.

If the user uses local mode, some data may be stored only on the device. In this case the user is responsible for keeping the device and backups safe.

4. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the relevant feature to work.

5. Data security

Despite the measures we take, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.

6. Account and data deletion

Users can request account deletion via the app or by contacting support.

After a request, the account may enter a waiting period of up to 30 days. During this period the user can restore access if the deletion was requested by mistake.

After the waiting period ends, the account is deactivated and associated data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law, for financial reporting, security, or dispute resolution.

8. Push notifications

• •AIRCRM may send push notifications about new messages, orders, CRM actions and important account events.

9. Your customers' data

The user is solely responsible for the lawful addition of their customers' data to AIRCRM.

AIRCRM provides a technical tool for storing and processing data, but the user must ensure they have the right to use their customers' data in the CRM.

10. Children

AIRCRM is not intended for children. The app is aimed at business owners, company employees and CRM users.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
